Want the Best Super Bowl Party Beer at your next party? I found the best one on the planet! When I traveled to Salt Lake on Business, I came across this micro-brewery called Uintas who has an awesome selection of great beers.

My favorite is their Cutthroat Pale Ale which is very popular in Utah, California, Colorado and a few other states as well. I’m having a couple of cases shipped to my home in Dallas for the big game. Can’t wait!

Best Super Bowl Party Guacamole

Here are a couple a quick guacamole recipes for your Best Super Bowl Party ever.

Ingredients:

2 Avocados
1/2 Onion (diced)
2 tbl Cilantro finely chopped
2 small tomatoes (diced)
Cerrano peppers to taste

Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out the avocado and mash with a fork. Add the onion, cilantro, and peppers a little at a time until you get just the right mix. Save the tomatoes until just before serving. When you are ready to serve, mix in the diced tomatoes and add a little salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.

If you run out and need to make more on the fly, just add some Rotel or Salsa to mashed avocado. Unless your guests are Guacamole critics, they’ll love it!
